Modular cleanrooms, supply ceilings and filtration units
Creating a controlled area does not always mean building a cleanroom. Our range covers three levels of intervention, from the lightest to the most complete.
The lightest is to pressurise an existing room with ultra-filtered air: the booster creates a barrier that prevents outside particles from entering, with no building work. The intermediate level protects only the zone where the critical operation takes place — supply ceiling, supply wall or CONVOYAIR unit above a line — which is economically decisive on large volumes.
The complete level is the modular cleanroom, SBM custom-built or IPS in standard configuration. Its advantage is that it improves air quality without altering existing infrastructure, and remains expandable, which a built cleanroom does not allow.
In every case, the class achieved depends on the density of FANJET filtration units in the ceiling. Our drawings are supplied for approval before manufacture, guaranteeing rapid installation on site.
