Overview
The PS(X) / EQL weighing and dispensing booth is particularly suited to handling and packing allergenic powders, antibiotics and hormones, and to weighing and dispensing raw materials.
The operating principle combines two effects. Sterile air is supplied from the booth ceiling as a vertical laminar flow, then drawn off entirely at floor level through an extraction grille. Extraction through an absolute filter creates an air stream and, at the low perimeter of the chamber close to the floor, a negative pressure.
This negative pressure has two intended effects: it carries away the aerosols released during handling, preventing any build-up of powder at floor level, and it renews the air in the work chamber, which lowers the temperature — a point that matters for the comfort of an operator often in full protective clothing.
The booth is custom-built, with the possibility of integrating screens, printers and peripherals, and a Bag-in Bag-out system for safe filter changes.
Installation, commissioning and IQ / OQ / PQ qualification are carried out by our own teams. Our service department covers France and Europe.
