Flow Air Filters — HEPA, ULPA and prefiltration

ADS Laminaire designs and manufactures a complete range of air filters, from prefilters to HEPA and ULPA terminal filters, taking in compact rigid bag filters, self-contained fan filter units and activated carbon filters.

Our filters suit the most demanding air handling applications: laboratories and manufacturing in the electronics, pharmaceutical and food industries. Our Aulnay-sous-Bois plant holds 15,000 standard filters in stock, and our design office answers custom requests.

The range

DH — High-efficiency HEPA filter
HEPA · EN 1822 H10 to H14
DH — High-efficiency HEPA filter
High-capacity, very high efficiency V-bank filter for ultrafine particle filtration. Usually fitted in the air handling unit, upstream of M or JET terminal filters.
M65 — HEPA / ULPA filter panel, aluminium frame
HEPA / ULPA · H14 and U15
M65 — HEPA / ULPA filter panel, aluminium frame
Fluid-seal panel with mini-pleat media and hot-melt separators in an anodised aluminium frame. Terminal filter for laminar flow hoods and cleanroom ceilings.
M plastic / MB — HEPA filter panel, plastic frame
HEPA · H13 and H14
M plastic / MB — HEPA filter panel, plastic frame
Fluid-seal HEPA panel in an incinerable plastic frame, for terminal filtration in cleanrooms and laminar flow equipment.
JET — Terminal filter housing with diffuser
Terminal housing · H14 and U15
JET — Terminal filter housing with diffuser
HEPA or ULPA terminal housing with sound trap and air diffuser, horizontal or vertical spigot. Fits cleanroom ceilings from ISO 1 to ISO 9.
FANJET — Fan Filter Unit (FFU)
FFU · self-contained unit · ECM motor
FANJET — Fan Filter Unit (FFU)
Fan Filter Unit (FFU): self-contained HEPA or ULPA fan unit with ECM motor, automatic airflow control and central management. SP version with filter replaceable from inside the cleanroom.
FP / FPR — Rigid bag filters
Rigid bag filters · up to ePM1 95%
FP / FPR — Rigid bag filters
Compact 4V rigid bag filters in glass fibre (FPR) or synthetic media (FRS). Air handling in conditioned spaces and cleanroom prefiltration.
W — Medium-efficiency pleated prefilter
Pleated prefilter · ISO Coarse 70%
W — Medium-efficiency pleated prefilter
Laminated cotton / polyester media pleated onto a metal mesh in a rigid cardboard frame. Captures coarser particles in air handling units.
AMER / DURA — Prefiltration media
Prefiltration media · Coarse 70-80%
AMER / DURA — Prefiltration media
Fresh-air prefiltration media for air handling units: progressive-density glass fibre (AMER) and washable natural fibre (DURA). Supplied in frames or rolls.
MS — Multi-layer synthetic media
Prefiltration · G2 to G4
MS — Multi-layer synthetic media
Filter mat in high-performance synthetic fibres, multi-layer with progressive efficiency. Loads in depth, which extends service life and lowers energy consumption.
CA — Activated carbon filters
Activated carbon · gas adsorption
CA — Activated carbon filters
Gas-phase adsorption of chemical contamination, odours and volatile organic compounds. Panels or V-banks, refillable.

Standards and testing

HEPA and ULPA filters are classified and tested to EN 1822 (H10 to H14, U15). Prefilters follow ISO 16890 and EN 779. HEPA and ULPA panels are 100% tested, manufactured and packed in a cleanroom, and guaranteed free of silicone.

The M65, M plastic and JET terminal filters are also tested to the international standards ISO 9001 and UL 900. JET housings are supplied with a serial number and an individual certificate, and leak detection is carried out by scanning.

Applications

Cleanroom ceilings, laminar flow hoods, microbiological safety cabinets, fume hoods and air handling units — in pharmaceutical and biotechnology production, in hospitals and hospital pharmacies, in microelectronics and optics, in the food industry and in research laboratories.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a HEPA and an ULPA filter?

HEPA filters capture from 99.95% (H13) to 99.999% (H14) of particles at the most penetrating particle size. ULPA filters reach 99.9995% (U15), for the most critical applications.

Which standards are your filters tested to?

HEPA and ULPA filters are classified to EN 1822. Prefilters follow ISO 16890 and EN 779. Panels are 100% tested and can be supplied free of silicone.

Do you manufacture custom sizes?

Yes. Every filter is available in standard and custom sizes, to fit housings, ceilings and air handling units already in place.

What is the lead time for a standard filter?

Our Aulnay-sous-Bois plant holds 15,000 standard filters in stock. Common sizes are available immediately; please ask us about the others.
