Overview
The vertical laminar flow supply ceiling creates a positive-pressure zone above the workstation, providing a clean, sterile ISO 5 environment. It allows GMP grade A to be achieved.
The principle is that of a localised clean zone: rather than treating an entire room, only the surface where the critical operation takes place is protected. On large volumes, the cost difference against a full cleanroom is considerable.
Each ceiling is custom-built to the dimensions of the area to be covered. Automatic ECM control compensates for the progressive clogging of the filters and maintains airflow velocity within specification over time.
Installation, commissioning and IQ / OQ / PQ qualification are carried out by our own teams. Our service department covers France and Europe.
