Overview
The FANJET is the standalone filtration unit fitted to most ADS Laminaire installations — supply ceilings, modular cleanrooms and vertical flow cabinets. Air is drawn through a G4 pre-filter by a powerful, quiet fan, then filtered under positive pressure by a HEPA absolute filter, with ULPA available as an option.
The monobloc construction guarantees the integrity of the enclosure: there is no possible leak between plenum and room through an added joint. The filter is mounted on a fluid seal, a technique that ensures perimeter tightness without mechanical compression of the medium.
Automatic airflow control compensates for the clogging of the absolute filter and so maintains constant airflow throughout its life. Four formats are available: 6/6, 6/9, 6/12 and 12/12. An HMI system is offered as an option.
The FANJET SP variant, designated RSR for Room Side Replaceable, allows the filter to be changed from inside the room, without access to the technical plenum.
Installation, commissioning and IQ / OQ / PQ qualification are carried out by our own teams. Our service department covers France and Europe.
